The accommodation was extremely comfy and nicely appointed. The hotel had the absolutely perfect setting, very close to many attractions such as the Piers, Alcatraz tours, Ghirardelli, shops, restaurants. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new, with a couch for added comfort. The hotel offered a great selection of food through the attached restaurant.

The location was great and fab, close to Zk Gallery. It was newly remodelled, updated, and with bed and bathroom.- Coffee and climate control were provided for a very nice stay for 4 nights.

Great location close to Fishermans Wharf. Excellent restaurant in the hotel. Nice room and friendly staff. Free coffee in lobby up to 9am and a happy hour for drinks and food in the evening. My friends were unable to travel with us due to a family illness but the hotel agreed to refund their payment at very late notice of cancellation. A very helpful and kind gesture on their part.

The staff here were super kind and professional, and they got things done quickly. The location was spot on, only a 10-15 minute stroll from Zk Gallery. Plus, there were lots of great food spots nearby if you got hungry. 🍽️

The hotel was spotless. Services were very efficient. The location was comfy and central to the piers. The rooms had comfortable pillows and beds, with a quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed good food for breakfast at Maple Syrup.

Small rooms that need refresh. Staff was not very friendly or helpful (except valet). Can hear every noise in hall or next room; and at 11pm they decided to do kitchen repairs that we so loud it woke the whole family up for an hour.
